Jim McHugh, Chief Executive Officer
Jim McHugh is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Zephyr Electric Power. Jim is responsible for establishing the strategic goals and
objectives of the company and providing leadership and direction toward the achievement of these goals. Jim has extensive executive
experience from leading organizations for several US Corporations. He began his career with the IBM Corporation and was instrumental
in the development of several IBM products specifically designed for the utilities industry. He also held a number of sales, marketing,
and P&L management positions. Prior to founding Zephyr in 2005, Jim helped established Emu Software, a leading edge software development company. As its CEO, Jim led all development, sales, strategy, and investor activities. Jim also worked for Strategic Technologies Inc., a well-respected reseller of IT hardware and software solutions, as the Vice President of Sales. In this role, Jim was involved in the implementation of large complex solutions for leading financial, manufacturing, retail and government accounts. He also joined the FileNET Corporation as its Executive Regional Sales Manager where he gained additional expertise in the utilities industry and the State and Federal Government. In November of 2008, Jim was appointed by the NC Utilities Commission to the NC GreenPower Board of Directors. For the next three years he will serve as the boards wind energy advocate. Jim graduated from Cornell University.

Kerri Logan,
Chief Operating Officer
Kerri Logan is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer for Zephyr Electric Power. Kerri is responsible for all aspects of the company's operational policies, objectives and initiatives. Kerri has over 12 years of leadership experience with a heavy emphasis on human resources management. Prior to Zephyr, Kerri was an HR Manager with Itron, Inc., a leading technology provider to the global energy and water utilities industry. She was a key contributor to the growth and success of Itron's employees and business goals by providing strategic direction, building effective teams and developing successful leaders for the organization. She was responsible for establishing and leading all HR processes including policies and procedures, recruitment, benefits and compensation, performance management and employee relations. Kerri also partnered with management to lead several HR initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, cultural diversity integration, workforce development and organization effectiveness. Before Itron, Inc., she held various personnel leadership positions with OnSphere Corporation, DB Basics, and Mark Anthony, Inc. Kerri attended North Carolina State University. |

Mike McHugh, Chief Financial Officer
Michael McHugh is a co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer for Zephyr Electric Power. Michael is responsible for all strategic and financial objectives for the company. In addition to his work with Zephyr, Michael is the Senior Business Associate for RBC Capital Markets Municipal Finance organization, the largest business unit of the investment banking arm of the Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, Michael oversees all business operations for the 350-person department with a $250 million annual budget. Prior to RBC, Michael worked as a financial analyst for Eichner & Norris PLLC, a top ranking premier law firm in the municipal bond industry. There, Michael represented several investment banks, including UBS, Bank of America and RBC Capital Markets, on many affordable housing bond transactions throughout the nation. Michael also served as the Chief Operating Officer and as an Executive Board Member for Devil's Delivery Service, Inc. (DDS), a leading delivery company for Duke University. Prior to his work with DDS, he founded and served as President of McHugh Consulting, Inc., a leader in asset documentation. Michael graduated from Duke University. |
